RGC

Our story

A sourcing bridge for coffee with a real sense of place.

RGC was created to make exceptional Panamanian green coffee more approachable for U.S. home roasters, independent shops, and small roasting businesses while protecting the private relationships behind the coffee.

Our mission is access with context.

Roast Green Coffee curates specialty green coffee from Panama and presents it with the information buyers actually need: variety, process, origin character, roast guidance, and practical availability in the United States. For home roasters, that means a clearer way to learn. For wholesale buyers, it means a more focused path to evaluate curated coffees.

Our sourcing philosophy is relationship-driven and protective of the people behind the coffee. We share the story of mountain-grown microlots, artisan processing, and responsible origin context while keeping farm-identifying details, direct contacts, pricing, and sourcing logistics private. RGC is the trusted layer between origin and the roasting bench.

Founder note

RGC exists to help people experience coffee before the roast, when the bean is still full of possibility. Panama has exceptional specialty potential, but most new home roasters never get a simple, trustworthy path into roasting from green coffee. We are building that bridge with premium coffees, beginner guidance, and a buying experience that respects the relationships behind origin.

We protect exact farm identities and private sourcing channels out of respect for farmers and business partners. The mission is to make home roasting approachable while also serving serious roasters who care about quality, traceability, and professional communication.

Why curation matters.

For home roasters

A clearer first step into green coffee beans for home roasting, with education that makes each batch less intimidating.

For specialty roasters

A focused way to request wholesale availability and evaluate Panamanian microlot coffee without chasing fragmented sourcing channels.

For origin storytelling

A more respectful model that highlights place, process, and quality while protecting private relationships.
